Rare earth magnets in the corners hold the two pieces together. Total cost of project $4. Going to put in on a stand on the mantle. Metal license is a great find also. Glad you all are enjoying the history behind this almost 100 year old piece of paper.
That's a good idea Jwid. Laminated paper is forever and you can't take it out without destroying it. The plexi will protect it but keep it accessible.
