Did you do that arrangement or did your better half? I've always thought that the samurai "code" which required one to be proficient at flower arrangement, preparing tea, origami - that's something to be admired. I grow flowers - roses, lilies, irises and such. But you don't want to see any of my arrangements. Pretty pathetic. Maybe I should try some Russian sage?
Any way, that is very nice, simple but elegant. Thank you.
I do the planting, watering, and weeding, Marion does the cutting and arranging. She is just now getting interested in the garden and the flowers, that is a good thing. Up until about a month ago, she had absolutely no interest in either and could care less what I did with them. I can see improvement in her every day, but once in a wlile she will take two steps backward. She has come a long ways since last Oct.
Russian Sage smells very nice, but it is a little hard to get started and populates very slowly. I'll take a picture of ours and it is about 15 years old.
