Yea HB134 Im thinking the same, the pole I’m setting up with braid will be used in fresh water, having a
lot of issues with all the Lilly’s and weeds in one of the lakes I fish, it holds some huge Bass, and I have lost several fish due to all the crap in the water, so as much as I want to go as light as I can might have to up it a bit, but we think a like on going as light as possible!! Good luck and be safe!

I would go 15lb that is what I have on. And that is what I have on my spinning reel and bait caster.
You should not have any problems I also like using light line.
Good fishing 🎣

Hey Matt. I've got a couple of spools of 30# braid also. That's what we use for striper fishin.
