Agreed! That’s the nastiest spill I’ve ever taken in the river. My mind keeps telling me I’m still 25, but my body keeps reminding me that I’m 52 and I have to be more careful. 🤷♀️

I just saw your post. Terrific photos as usual. Sorry about that knee but it looks like it'll be fine. I'm 73 and still try to act like I'm 30. But I'm learning. Can you tell me why those rocks have gotten so damn much slipperier than they were 20 years or so ago?
