Those are stripers. They are done spawning down in Chesapeake Bay, and now they are migrating north as far as the St. Lawrence. Starting to see some big boys off of Cape Cod right now.

Whatever it is it’s surface feeding. Like Spirit said Zara spook. Or anything topwater tsunami talkin poppers fished like a pencil popper or walkin’ the dog. Shallow running floating Daiwa SP minnow. Metal lip swimmer .
