How big of fish are you going to fillet?

I've always used fillet as a corner reinforcement. Like a fillet of glue between 2 pieces of wood joined at a 90°angle.
Filet Mignon always uses 1 L.

Notice the last line Gordon, 2Ls is getting more common. So either you're ahead of your time , or the English language is going to he!! in a handbasket .
I'll go with the first one

Dexter-Russell ®= Sani-Safe®... The price is right and you will find them on MANY commercial fishing vessels.

I thought I’d treat myself to a high end Knives of Alaska fillet knife and did. It sits in its sheath, I’ve gone back to my trusty Rapalas.
