good morning everyone!! Its 39 here now and maybe getting to 60. Gonna hit one of the farm ponds today.
Be safe & have a great day

Good Mornin' Al, Kandy, and all of you wonderful people. It's so good to be alive.

57* now, 85* later. A little breezy, like 40 MPH. It's a red flag day, no outside burning,

It's a rod work & and yard work day.

Have a good one, boys and girls.

You tell em brother. I’m going to look at a toy this afternoon. The seller says we can take it to the river and try it out. He sent a video of it running. Sounded really good.

Also the side runner guides may be a little tricky if the water current is fighting you putting the boat back on the trailer if you are on a river or a windy day.

I have only seen PVC up risers used which allow for a little wiggle room when putting it back on.

Good luck FD, check out that trailer just as much as you will the boat. Looks as though it's been dipped in the water quite a few times. Rust will eat away for quite some time.

Yep, I noticed that too. I’ll check it out.

Good morning, friends! Heading out to Syracuse to a fundraiser where they’re doing a crawfish boil - a real rarity here in upstate NY. Fresh Louisiana crawfish, too, yummm! Might drop a line at the wildlife refuge on the way home, depending on the weather. Have a great day, everyone.

Good morning Al, and everyone. 40°,clear and windy here. Going up to the low 60°s,but wind lasting all day. No fishing so I think I'll roll the bike out, and get her cleaned up and ready to ride. Have a great Saturday all!
FD, if the price is right, the trailer can be replaced. If you're happy with the boat, use the trailer condition as a negotiating tool. Good Luck!
FT, I'll be waiting to hear /see.

Enjoy Betts, please post pics and attach the scratch and sniff option on the pc so we all can enjoy those crawfish.

FD that looks like a nice boat, Aluminum don't rot and the transom isn't normally a problem. That's the main thing I'd look for. If it runs good you'll catch as many fish out of it as any other. Good Luck

Thanks Ivey. I’m going to look at this one too. It’s a little more money but it looks nice in the pictures. I’m looking at it at 1pm and the other at 2.
The red ones registration is current through September.

Now thats a nice looking boat FD. One thing I'd strongly suggest. Ckeck the compression on ea cylinder. Carbs can be rebuilt reasonably. Power heads not. New trailer is money you can spend on other toys. Longer biat better ride. If you have trouble lineing it up with bow stop here's what i did with mine this yr. Works great. The front poles. 👍👍

Morning peoples,
Wife is still in the ICU and still sedated.
They did a spinal tap last night.
They cut back on the sedation a bit but not enough to make her respond when I talk to her. Visiting hours start at 11am so I’ll be there again, I spent six hours yesterday at her bedside then my son came in after his work so I left to go home and tried to get some sleep.
The nurses there are really nice and keep checking on me to see how I’m holding up. While I was there the doctors came in a couple of times to keep me informed.
The nurse said that when the other room is available they’ll put her there, when she wakes up she’ll be able to see the ocean.
Thank you everyone for your prayers and best wishes, feels good to have the stage people to post too.
Take care all.
