I routinely eat eggs way past the date. Probably 3-4 weeks would be a record. I eat hard boiled eggs. The older eggs peel easier.

I don’t even bother to check the dates and just turn the oldest carton in the fridge into wonderful hard boiled snacks. Never got sick from enjoying them. Never worried about it either. They come prepackaged and they are air tight.

Dave, I live in a right cramped apartment on the 2nd floor, my legs have SURE seen better days... There ain't no elevator and I just didn't feel like climbing steps, I GUESS... I wanted to "gettem overboard", to where I KNOW that ain't nobody gonna care, if "they're stinky". I froze the MT shells, in a used Ziploc bag, to take to my former Landlady, for her garden.

I can relate with ya on the legs. They ain’t what they use to be, that’s fer sure...🐟on
