I can relate Plum, I've got a half dozen trainees that deserve the same. If I gave them the Gibbs treatment every time they deserved it, my hand would be swollen to twice it's normal size.LOL. Thanks :-)

👍👍Plum. I got so fed up with the do nothing attitude of the kids n the know nothing so called supervisors at the county. I had 6 wks of vacation n personal days. I use them all. Boss said you know you can keep them n get paid. I said yep n i can take them now still get paid. I had all i could stand. O n another subject. Plum if you like Asend kayaks check Bass Pro. Sale starts 3/11. Asend 133x with depth finder 45lb t motor batt n few other things. $1999.99.

Thanks Griz i will check them out. I had a Bonafide SS127 and leaning toward a peddle power this go around. If i can stand in it, and still have room to un hook fish are my requirements.
I am with you in that taking leave. Time away from slackers is priceless.

Yep that is the 2nd Marine i respect his work ethics. Although getting up there in age to be running the show, time to pass it on to a Gibbs clone.

I'm very indecisive, but that's from a bad head/brain injury, your quote is very true, if you do the wrong thing it could always be corrected but don't just stand there.
