You mean propel? Look in the left hand corner of that photo, you can see the Minnkota box leaning against the wall. It's a 50. I already had a 30, but the shaft won't be long enough, so I bought a 50. Anybody want to buy a 10 ft kayak with a custom built transom, stabilizers and a Minnkota 30? Make you a great deal.

Sure. Delivery to Iowa included? Looks like you're prepared for the worst with the walker and wheelchair back there.

Spirit, is there any type of canvas, webbing, or floor that goes under the seat? Or do you just have to make sure you NEVER drop anything?

Didn't come with anything, but easily added. When i's a little tyke I learned that if your gonna get in a canoe and go anywhere you better put anything you don't want to go in the water in a bag and tie it down to something. I'm pretty careful.

I suppose you could put pliers, clippers and such on lanyards. I bring too much stuff with me when I go out.

I don't take much at all. Little chest pack hanging around my neck gots just about everything in it. There is a stripping basket available for it. I might look into that.

He's not quite dead, I did catch a fish today, but it was not a trout and since I consider myself a trout fisherman, that stripedy bastardo will not be pronounced officially dead until I do catch one. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. I set out in pursuit of trout and failed at my mission. BUT. It was a perfect day - low 60's, no wind, kinda cloudy and I had an entire beautiful riverfront park practically all to myself. Said to myself "can this be California"?

So here's a pic of what I caught. I used the jar of power bait for a size reference. Dang these guys can fight. I didn't take a pole holder down to the water, so i's just sittin there with the butt of my rod shoved down my boot to hold, and this guy about jerked the rod into the water.

I know the catfish hunter will recognize this, anyone else? My grand daughter Lorelei caught one about twice this size last spring on the Feather.

And this one had been eating well, definitely chunky for the size of it.
He's not quite dead, I did catch a fish today, but... (show quote)

Hey spirit..if you want some real fun put that sac pike on a bigger setup on sac river and freaking hold on lol striper candy baby
