Eff Goodell and Woke Pro Sports in general. But just to avoid trouble let's go with Super Blow which describes the very unexciting game! Blow Out!

It is a Bluegill see the blue tag on its gill plate. They are great to eat and a day caching that size would be a lot of fun on light tackle.

What kinda fish is this. Are they good to eat. What are some baits and lures do you use for them. When is a good time to catch them. Who guards the nest male or female. What does a spawning area look like. Unscramble this and wonder who will win.
PESUR WOBL.

Big Bluegill , good thing they don't grow to 50 lbs. because there would be a lot of empty boats floating around the lake with pairs of Tennis shoes scattered around on the deck !

Hey Creese.. I catch em and fillet them then just take the skin off!! Learned the method from an ol cajun!! No need to gut or scale..Cut down both sides of spine head to tail..follow the ribs..cut off the fillet..then lay skin side down and remove the skin.. Just little fish fingers that cook up nicely..or lightly poach the cool and crumble for fish cakes!! Yum Yum..Tight lines!!

Good going. Perfect answer in less than five minutes. I might call it a bluegill, but there are regional differences in the name of that fish.

Perch, bluegill, bream, sunfish, all names for the same fish. Here in Louisiana, all are listed at 50 per day, the also include the 'rock bass' or 'goggle eye' into the same limit per day, per person.
