Hello fellow fisherpersons finally got brave enough to login and post especially after seeing a post from LisaD asking about delta stripers since I had just fished there this past Wednesday and Thursday. I’m from central California but keep my boat up in Lodi during fall and winter to fish the delta and bring it back home to fish pine flat and kaweah lakes during spring and summer. I’ll chime in when I feel I can help with info needed. Thanks Ed

Welcome to the Forum, Pontooner. We are all super nice people here. A good example of that, was yesterday, when Jeremy, from Oregan, called me down in South Padre Island, TX. to help me post a picture on the Forum. How nice can that be, that Jeremy is a great guy! Thanks again, Jeremy.

Welcome tooner! I hope you don't mind if I have an occasion to ask you about the Delta. Looks like I need to learn how to fish there as it might be the only place with water.

the one in your left hand looks like a striper. the one in your right looks looks more like a "wiper". ?

Yeah Kingfisher I was using live mud suckers. And I like to make fish tacos or ceviche with them 😋
