Yep. It's a Heddon Pumpkinseed or "Punkie" as many called it. It was first produced in 1940 and was made of wood in both a floating and sinking version. It was one of the first, if not the first, flat-bodied plugs. Heddon made a standard and smaller version as well as a fly-rod model. They were available in a myriad of different colors, the rare colors can bring over $1000 from serious collectors. The one shown is in BGL or Bluegill color pattern.

I don’t know geo, I would think that a lure made in 1040 might be worth more than a $1000. 😂
