If you study history(pick a country, the USA is a very young country compared to many), every generation thinks the time they lived in was better when they were young. The next generation is a total train wreck. Things are falling apart and the world is slowly coming to an end. Yet despite wars, recessions, a Depression, global warming, terrorism, World Wars, racism, a pandemic, the list goes on, the planet survives. Life goes on. People live and die.
Good times and bad times come and go. Peace of mind is in the sole. Can't worry about the future.
Grew up in So. Cal. Best time to be a kid in a America. Never list car keys because they were in the car. House unlocked. Never lost a thing from the yard , house or car. Not that everyone was honest. Just most.
