As most of you know, I did not marry my wife of 53 years for her cooking. So if I want something like that, I have to cook it myself, and I am not a baker. It's probably for the best. Can you say "button extender"?

I have to abstain until I get a new set of 'uppers' (taking 10 to 15 minutes to eat just one beer nut
is ridiculous) ! Unfortunately, I also have to refrain from adding walnuts to my brownies or
banana bread, or eat ice cream like 'Rocky Roads' with all the added 'goodies' in it ! To me, one of the worse problems with aging is losing my choppers ! Too many foods I have to pass on, like apples or corn on the cob !

Costco has these honey roasted macadamia nuts in the can - they are fatally addictive. I got to force myself to stay out of em or I'd eat a can a day. That's how I do it - soak my teeth.
