Can't beat the Ladders

You stand with one leg on each side of the fish ladder with q pitchfork and nail anything that comes your way. True story of a bud of mine who years ago was trying just to feed his family. He was out there at night when the game warden turned the light on him. He said the warden told his deputy to turn the light off--he knew who it was. They gave him a wrist slap.

Great fish. Great information. I’m sitting on the couch waiting to learn about ladder fishing just like Spirit. I show the pictures to my wife. She says “great, another piece of equipment to buy”. Well trained. She has already assumed that I would not be using one of the several ladders I already own. This would need to be a special fishing ladder. It would have johnny morris’s signature, with rod holders, cup holder, net hook, and special grip treads. I picked a good one.

Glad I could help with starting the pic of ladders but it is kinda cool how they fish it. Good lock with the investment.lol

I was referring to wife as a the good pick. A deer stand in the middle of a lake is a cool idea.

It is all in good fun as long as we can put a few meals of fish, deer, goose, or other fresh food in the freezer. I put 1&1/2 pound of deer jerky in the freezer (started with 4 pounds of sliced roast) that I dehydrated over night. Good stuff.
