Wow! I'm not sure what I'm missing but until my $3.45 lure that I bought at Walmart quits producing amazing numbers of bass, crappies and even catfish in fresh water, and flounder and redfish in the Gulf, I can't imagine spending more. However, our economy needs consumers to spend more so keep it up. I'm even willing to buy a high-priced lure to help out. Sorry but I can't reveal my favorite high producing lure because it might put those expensive lure companies out of if business at a time our economy needs spenders!

I have had people mention those Megabass jerkbaits. Right now I have mostly used Strike King and Rapalas. Ben you have convinced me to put them to the test once we get rid of the ice. Looking under the cushions for spare change lol.

I love these. All are great colors ; if you are looking to get 1 or 2 I’d go with French Perl or Pro Blue.
Also be aware they are available in different depts
Enjoy

Do they come in shallow depths, like up to 5'

The regular vision 110 is 3 1/2 - 4
Plus 1 means plus 1 METER or about 7 ft
Plus 2 is another meter or about 10 ft
I’ve watched videos saying 12 ft but I can’t get em this deep
These things came from Japan. Original concept was to use em with ultralite spinning tackle with 4 pound flouro.
I don’t do that. I throw mine on med spinning rod or med light casting with braid and 10 - 12 pound leader. Really you need to leave the drag looser than you normally use. The hooks are incredibly sharp ( the barbs face out)
I use PLine leader because it’s stiff. A limp leader tends to foul with hooks on cast a lot
The action and suspend rate are really cool.

But 1 meter is about 1 inch over 3 feet, if I remember. Not 7 feet, so I'm confused.

+1 meter just adds another meter to the original depth of 4' to make it 7' then +2 meters adds another to make it just over 10', that's the way i figure it
