¡Welcome to the Fishing Stage, D Ryb!

... I don't know... ¿Maybe acid rain? ¿Global warming?

¿What kinds of fish did you USED TO catch over there? (¿And, how long ago was that?)

Is it a winter thing or year round ?
I’m gonna guess you’re talking striped bass. I know the population is a bit low at this time.

I’m willing to bet that there isn’t as much bait for them simple find the bait the fish won’t be far behind that goes for most any type not just blues and bass

D Ryb; I'm wondering if there's something wrong on my end of this, or if maybe someone has been "private messaging" to you, and you have been answering them back, here.
Back in the early to mid 1970's, we used to try for striped bass off the beach at Plum Island ¿State Park? ... Never caught one... We were using blood-worms. (Not during the winter, though.)
