Orange Border On replies etc

Has anyone ever gotten an ORANGE Border on their area you type? It just started happening. Makes we think someone is SPYING on my screen. ANY IDEAS?

I have it on my phone as well. It doesn't look different to me, I think it's always been here.

you need to see your doctor right away . you may be having ocular degeneration of your left cerebral cortex the border should be blue...............
