At home I drink for cheap. Usually a old school PBR
Domestically I like Yuengling a lot.
Have tried Spotted cow from Wisconsin which is excellent
My absolute best beer I’ve ever had Is from Mexico. A beer called Miranda ITA. Not IPA which to me is another way to spell gross.
ITA. Kinda Carmelly , kinda nutty.
They age in tequila barrels and throw a frond of agave in the mix. Stellar.

PBR is pretty tough to beat. My grampa drank PBR so that was my first beer. I still buy it once in a while. A 12 pack lasts me about 36 days. Just like my grampa. Not real hardcore drinkers either one of us. I know people who will polish off a 30 pack in 4 or 5 days. I’ve never been that good at it. Some even use there empties for a size reference. 😂

Modelo in glass..coors original in glass bottle.

I have several friends that make their own beer. Some you can’t stand and others are dang good. Ive never tried it.

When I was still drinking beer, Shiner Bock from a small brewery just outside of Austin, Tx. The beer is not good but the Bock it real good. In San Antonio the bars would charge for it as a Premium Beer and people would pay for it. After the first shock to your mouth it would go down like Pepsi. LOL When I would go to my brother's in Arizona I would take 2 cases for him for his use. They finally enlarged the brewery and started shipping it out of state.

Gotcha. I’ll go with that one. A good snip once in a while does a body good.

Yeah? I fished with a guy who would finish off a 30 by lunch time when we were on the surf or jetty. Fortunately he has quit drinking completely.

Do you know how he quit? I like a cold beer in the evening down along the river when it’s hot out but I met a guy this year that does the same thing. Heck of a nice guy but he’ll wake up in the middle of the night and have a beer and go back to bed. He’s always got 2 or three down before I finish my first cup of coffee in the morning. He showed up with 6 30 packs and was out in about a week and a half. One of those guys that drinks all day and you can’t tell it. He has to be intoxicated but probably nobody has ever seen him sober. He’s not mean or belligerent but he drives everywhere, he’s had so many DUIs he’s driving without a license, he runs his boat all day and is up at 5:00 every morning ready to fish and fishes till dark. I have a beer before done fishing and I’m done fishing anyway. Knocks me right out.

With my friend I think it was an "aha " moment. He all of a sudden realized if he didn't quit he was going to wake up one morning unemployed, divorced and dead. Once you hit that point it's doable. Three different friends, same pattern. They just have to stay away from where they can get out of control.
