That 's a really nice trophy rack, but wouldn't the meat on such
an old bull be tough and stringy ?

Were I a bow-hunter, I'd wait for
a better broad-side; with a rifle
I'd immediately go for a head
shot !

I’d imagine the best eating would be a much less mature bull.
This one looks like he has a few miles on him
