Yes, Lake Trout. I find them kind of fatty. Send anything bigger that a couple three pounds to the smoker. I do them up with a two day brine, and use Beach to smoke-em Yum.

I fish them out of Port Washington, West shore of Lake Michigan. Never a target but they just kind of show up. Keeps it interesting. Not much for a battle but it's "Fish On" and Flesh in the box when hit what we're trolling.
