I know a similar line in a different movie - same two actors, The Duke and Boone. I don't recognize this one.

The actor is Richard Boone (from 'Palladin' fame); he played the Duke's adversary in 'Big Jake' and 'The Shootist', from which this photo was taken, and which was John Wayne's last movie !

It's from 'Big Jake'; Wayne and Boone are discussing what would happen to Wayne's kid-napped grand-son if anything went wrong
with the exchange !
