Yup ur a neighbor. Take a left out of Mariners Landing, go past the State Park, about another half mile on ur right into The Waterways.
We live in Richmond so we watch the weather and go up when it’s nice. We’re going to stay home this weekend for the Masters and go up next week when it’s going to be nice.
