I just received a new rod for Egghead and it is beautiful. Will be going shortly to try it out. He guaranteed it will catch fish!!

I have one of his rods and I have no doubt that it will catch fish, that's not the question. The question is will it catch fish in Spirit's skunky hands.

Spirit you bring up a good question. Have you done anything different since the skunk got you? Some lotion, perfume, soap, oil, silicone spray on you hands, tackle or tackle box? Maybe there is a scent on you bait.
I get skunked if I am not very careful with bug repellent.

I've wracked my brain trying to figure that one out. Not that I can identify. I've gone to places where I've always been successful before and I've been to some new places that I'd never visited before. The thing is, all the places I've gone I haven't seen anyone else
catching either. I got no idea. I'm just gonna keep on keepin on. All the fish I've caught in my lifetime, if I never catch another I'll not be able to complain. It's just odd, because my whole life I've always been kinda lucky when it came to catching fish. Man, not this year.
