What is this. You can see them through out the fall and winter. The will be clinging to a twig or a peace of brush. Unscramble this and the fish love them. NWOMIN.

And I believe the picture is praying mantis egg sack or whatever it's called. I don't think it's actually a cocoon

Looks like a toasted wheat square. I can't remember the cereals name.
