Yes we've come a long way. All the way to the 5th century. Course we're using plastics and alloys to now make our crossbows now.

And to think back in the 5th century and before that was a weapon of choice - we are finally waking up - again!

Why we don't we move ahead. Laser shot from 2 miles and a robot to fetch our kill or go the other way a club with a stone tied to it and drop out of a tree on the animals back and beat its head in.

Only killed one deer and a moose with it and been put up for near 40 years. Might have to find a new home for it as doesn’t seem like any of the kids want my old toys.

You want to adopt a 76 year old. I'll enjoy your old toys and give them a new and appreciative new home. You can even have visiting rights

I have both of my Grandfathers deer hunting rifles, my dads deer rifle and of course my favorite old Winchester Model 94 lever in 30WCF (pre 30-30 but same shell).. My Grandaughter said the only thing she wants from us is the rifle she killed her first and hopefully her second elk with ( she drew a tag for this year and will shoot it) my Christensen Arms 30-378 Weatherby. Have given the boys my old Pre-Garcia Brownings 300 Win Mag and 7mm’s and all the grandkids that want to hunt all old Ruger Red butt pad tang safety 270’s. Have a bunch more old Brownings, Winchesters, Sako. Might just have to start selling them off and go for a road trip or back to New Zealand for a few months on vacation.
