We only have does and fawns on cameras so far, but the bucks will be chasing those does in a few weeks.

I like just good ol fresh never frozen Deer or Elk. I have help buddies get a deer to
meat market for processing and I wish they would just get it cut up and not turn it all into flavored stuff. We can go to Hickory Farms to buy all that ..... Fresh good Deer or Elk is awesome breakfast lunch and dinner served RARE. With over medium eggs. Just a little flour salt and pepper then pan fry in olive oil just long enough to heat it up.
