Up early today 5:15 am est. Rain from Sally today. 70s today. Wanted to cut grass --Not. Sunny this weekend. In the 70s. Cool at night - 50s. A fall pattern for a few days. Big Ten football back flyguy! Watch out for the Badgers.
Get up knuckleheads. The past, present and future walked into a bar. Things got a little tense.
5 hour shift. Then eye doc. Looking for green light from him for all activities. Have a good one angling humanoids.

Morning all. 66* and going to 72. The sky is gray but I'm not sure if it's smoke or on the west or the hurricane from the south. Rain tonight.
Had a great day yesterday fishing with my brother for the first time in 10 months. Usually we're together at least once a week. I didn't get my rear out of bed on time so he had 8 short flounder by the time I got there. I got the biggest of the day on my second cast, but it was still 2 inches short at 16. Netted a bunch of bait when the bite dropped off, then when the rip started again we had snapper blues come in on the bait. You could fish them in bait but spoons were faster. Used a pink crippled herring and was getting hit multiple times per cast . Always landed a fish on every cast for about 30 min then it dropped off again. Didn't get to keep any flounder and with the new regs only 3 blues 8 to 12 inches but it was the best day I've had in a long time. Those 6 blues are going to be a guest of honor at a king mackerel tournament I'm fishing i about 2 weeks.
