All through elementary and high school, I was barely able to pass math. Algebra got even harder, because there's so much abstract stuff in it. I wanted to solve an equation for X= some actual number, not x=Q/Y squared. Trig was math that I could see what it was for. Handy stuff, and I got my first A's in math!
But I still don't know how to figure "If train A leaves podunk at 2:00 and train B leaves calamityville at 9:00, what time will they pass each other?"

What I am finding today is about everthing I was tought in school no longer is the truth, words that I am told I can no longer use, things I can no longer say. Even giving the o.k. hand sign is forbidden due to it has been taken over as for a bad meaning. I am sure glad I am not getting any younger.....

I heard that about the o.k. sign the other day. Who ever it was that started that has way to much time on their hands. Before you know it the hand shake that we all grew up on will be forbidden. Oh and the fist bump what does that closed fist tell you? Dare not roll my eyes that might hurt someone's feelings. Biting my nails that's just a form of aggression. Saying Hi has been replaced with a nod or a grunt, don't want to get anything outspoken there either.
The list goes on and on. Time to get a life America, even if it means swallowing a chill pill.
