You know that Waylon was on tour with Buddy and there weren't enough seats for everybody to fit on the plane to go to their next gig. Buddy was sick and Waylon had a seat on the plane, so he gave up his seat to his good friend and took Buddy's place on the Bus.
Well that's the plane that didn't make it and it killed everyone.
Waylon never forgave himself and it bothered him for the rest of his life. Such a shame.

Randy you were likely born with a hard on and your mother honored that good omen with that name on her baby boy.
The day the music died. Not that I would have had their roles in that tragedy reversed, but what an awesome talent we lost in Buddy Holly. Can you imagine where he might have gone with his music had he lived? I've often wondered.
