Good for you! I'm sure your Dad is very grateful that he raised a fine son.
Take him again! If he is a fisherman he will love it. Spending time with his son is great.

My Dads only 83 but his legs are swelled from excess fluid. He had a heart valve replaced not long ago. Had to help him in the truck and help him in the boat. He caught one small bluegill in 5 hours and fell asleep only once. At one point he looked at me smiled and said this what a wonderful day. (my best day ever).
A day that you’ll never forget. That’s a great, sweet story fch.

my son and i just got back from our annual trip to the st. lawrence.im not 83, but he still has to do alot of things for me, more and more every year. you will never know until you are in your dads place just how much taking him fishing means to him. i know what a pain in the a-- we old men can be, and i know how much work it is for you, but please dont stop taking him fishing. every time you do it will be his best day ever!
That’s great to take him. I miss my dad dearly. Sounds like he did raise a fine son. Hope you take him again soon.
