I fillet them and my wife cooks them in only a couple spoonsful of olive oil with Andys breading. She and I have a deal - I catch, clean them, she cooks em and we eat them. Yummy!!!!
Very nice catch. I do a lot of trout fining in PA. I usually go every year, fishing the first day of trout fishing in southern PA, near Philadelphia which usually starts the first Saturday of April, with 2 fishing friends. A little over a week before the first day of Trout season in southern PA, which was ORIGIONALLY April 3, I sent an e-mail to my fishing friends, to tell them that I did not want to go Trout fishing to A VERY BIG VIRUS, and some small trout. They both agreed.

Welcome there Al. Sorry the fishing trip did not go this year - the fish will be bigger next year!

Welcome Al, to the stage. Sorry you had to miss your trip, but the fish will still be there next year, and they will have grown bigger.
I agree! In 2020, PA made major changes in both trout stocking, and ALSO the first day of trout fishing, in both South, and North PA, to keep PA safer with the VIRUS.
Trout stocking normially lasts until around the June1, with a lot of volunteers helping to stock trout. They stopped allowing any volunteers help to stock trout. Trout stocking also stopped, in PA on March 30.
"Officially", in PA, in 2020, the first day of trout fishing was to start on Saturday, April 3, at 8:00 AM in the PA South, and also was to start on Saturday, April 18, at 8:00 AM, all over the rest of the state of PA. With the VIRUS, they FIRST changed the Saturday April 3, dated to Saturday, April 18. PA, then decided that with the VIRUS, that having opening day for trout season on a Saturday would be very dangerous, with too many fishermen all over the creeks and lakes. The "OFFICIAL" opening day of trout fishing was then changes to Tuesday, April, 7, AT 8:00 AM, ALL OVER PA.
