What is a good cooler for fishing? I want it to be wheeled, the two I have in my mind are the Yeti tundra haul(55qt)(360$) vs the fatboy 70qt wheeled(260$). i believe either would fit my needs size wise. But how good is yeti compared, is it worth the extra money? I just want a wheeled, roto-molded cooler to store drinks and fish I catch. Thanks in advance!

I totally agree. Yetis are good if you need what they can do. You do not need what they can do
Lots of good igloo products out there
Great advice for everyone!
Jeremy, I use what we in the Army called a Mermite. Not designer pretty but basic and solid. Fill with ice the night before, drain out the water in the morning and we’ ready to go for an entire day
Well,
Over the years, I've owned around ten bikes, the last five have been Harleys. Current one is a 2014 StreetGlide Special. Very low milage cause at my age, most of my pals have sold out and/or are too crippled out to ride anymore. Wife no longer cares to get on it.
So I will be selling it sometime this year, just gathering dust in my garage and costing me money for taxes, insurance, etc. Enjoyed them over the years, did Daytona several times and of course near by Myrtle Beach Rallys and a few years back, we did the big deal and took in Sturgis.

Yeti makes a great cooler. However, it is extremely heavy (empty) and the cooler capacity is far less than it appears due to the heavy insulation. My guess is something far less costly will deliver all the benfits you need. Take a look at the larger Magellans at Academy. Igloo also offers a new line of coolers that will retain ice for several days. Both of these weigh far less than a Yeti. Their price point is essentially about 1/3 the cost of a Yeti yet they still provide excellent ice retention. Use the money saved for something else like another responder stated, a new quality rod and/or reel.

For me the yeti cooler is the way to go I have the 45 qt it's white same as the deck on my boat hole ice all week plus I stand on it to fish out the back of my boat .
