There’s a little seafood place beside Provisions in Southport that cooks them with country ham and some type of pepper, they’re great!

If U find out U don't like them,.... U can use them for bait,...(hopefully U R a Fisherman, since U R in the Forum)... or give them away to people who might like them!..(Do NOT WASTE Food, REMEMBER your Neighbor, the Hungry, the NEEDY, the Homeless!)........The Crawfish taste like Crabs/Shrimp/Lobster, cooked boiled, steamed, a little bit salty and or spicy,....but AWESome!....... Well Hoss: first try them for taste, but heat them up first because it looks like they’ve been refrigerated or frozen. Then if you don’t like them, catfish certainly do in spades! Just Sayin...RJS
