When I’m by myself, and I remember to take a picture, this is about the only way I’ve ever figured out how to take a picture. I have a few pictures like this where you get a good picture of my hand with a fish in there somewhere.

What a beautiful fish. Thanks so much for sharin with us.

I think if someone was able to take a picture or video of you fighting a fish with a phone now that would have been a wall hanger.

i remember when if you went fishing and caught some and wanted pics, you'd have a small digital or otherwise camera hanging around your neck on a strap to use.around yur neck meant with wet slippery hands you couldnt drop the camera even if you tried, and the fish were oblivious to the human with the weird contraption.Looks like them days are ancient history....now everyone wants to be remembered for something. Just want to know who's gonna be at the end, sorting thru it all?

Okay flyguy, I’ve got to ask about your avatar picture. Looks like you’ve just been awarded a plaque. Did you just win the Outdoors Photographer Of The Year award???

Oh, that's a good one, stuco, I deserved that. I received the plaque when I was inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame a few years ago. I was a pretty good wrestler and coach a long time ago.

That’s awesome! I wrestled in junior high and high school. I didn’t love it but my friends were doing it so I did. I qualified for the state tournament my senior year, but just wanted to be done and get back to partying. I practiced to loose my two matches and be done. That’s exactly what happened. Now of course I wish I had tried to see how good I could’ve been.
Congratulations for sticking with it and helping others. National Hall of Fame is very impressive!
And I’m glad you took the joke as it was intended.

How do you coach wrestling without touching them? Seem to me that would be difficult.
