That is really cool Jon. Super Good Luck to you and your team. I would be excited too buddy. I won a small BBQ cook off and have won several Chili Cookoffs in several chili classes.

I really hope you and team surpass your past records and really neat you will be serving so many people.

I enjoy Cookoffs. There used to be a really really neat fundraiser here that was three days long and only cost 40 bucks to spectate. You had hourly meat feedings after judging. Chili feedings. All the beverages desired. Live Music. Beef....Chicken....Pork...Pulled Pork...Ribs..Beans competition...Coleslaw comp...etc etc... It sucks they just quit doing this event starting this year.
