I have a serious question for you guys, not a joke: this format reminds me of the old bulletin board style forums. Why do you prefer it over other ones that have more graphical interfaces where you can "like" on people's posts, etc. You know which one I am talking about.

Because we’re old and enjoy doing things the old way. If you like what someone said, just reply to them and tell them. Why come on an established site and want to change things? This isn’t Facebook or Twitter, it’s the FishingStage, where descent folks swap stories and show pictures, and are polite to one another. Got it?
