Thanks B S I would have never been able to guess that one. So that's the fish I see in the restaurant menu's. Still going to eat it. Cooked that is.

I sure eat them at Pappas and Pappadeaux restaurants. Taste better than catfish to me. Ive heard in some central texas lakes you can just cast net them and have a BIG fish fry in no time.
Not all tilapia are nasty. they were in a Fancy Bass club deals, I had access to for a while and I shot them with a bow, great eatin. but they got froze out.
