Happy rooster, I chuckled but then I realized that sometimes that is the only reasonable solution. No end to the rules, policies, requirements, laws, codes and statutes we are all held to. Some small amount of governance is always needed, but good grief...

Yeah, I was shocked at that difference. A fishing license for fresh water is $12.95, I don't have to register my boat trailer, my boat registration is $25.00 for a 2011 Tracker, and most lakes we launch for free.
On the flip side, the weather sucks lol.
