I hardly think the fish care how much you spend on lures etc, you can catch just as many fish on cheap stuff from Walmart as any other product that is more expensive

Hey guys I'm pretty new to fishing (just got my rod and everything last week). I know some of the basics from when I went fishing with my dad as a little kid but o could use some tips. I've spent probably 10 or so hours this weekend fishing (3 different stocked ponds) and havent even gotten a nibble. I've used worms and power bait mainly. I'm in arizona if that makes any difference

Go to amazon and search "Dynamic Trout Spinnerbait." It is a tiny bait/profile. Buy two, one in the bubblegum color, and the other in "gold." I find it to be an amazing bait. Best to fish it on 6lb test, although I have usd 8lb and 10lb in waters where I know that there are large fish (3-5-pounders).
