Looks like you're just low on line. Buy a spool of 6 or 8-pound monofilament and spool yourself (there are plenty of youtube vids that explain this well) or have any sporting goods store spool it for you. Easy fix.

I spooled this myself, I stopped when the line wouldn't fill the entire spool just the small section at the bottom

Ah.. Is your spool going in and out? If it is not, there might be something broken inside the reel.

Some reels come with washers you can insert just below the drag system. It should even out the line coverage and it should go up and down. Other reels don't come with that in the package and are probably a defect.

What am I looking at lol? I see a reel with almost no line on it. What's the problem if there's a full spool of line?

Looks like to me like most of these guys are right, you might invest in a new reel, or have it looked at by someone.
It also looks like you maybe using too heavy a line. When spooling line tighten the drag down some to seat the spool farther down on the reel. But that being said, the previous posts make good sense.
Take it to a bait shop and have them spool it for you. Watch and learn best investment you can make.

It looks as though there may be too many washers underneath the spool, or the manufacturer put the base plate on the shaft too high... if it’s the latter, get a refund for your reel or a replacement...it’s a nice excuse to get yourself a new reel too!!

My money is on a broken reel. The spool isn't going in and out as it should when reeling the line in. Level wind mechanism is kaput.
