Good morning everyone, although the weather may not be the best for fishing but it’s still going to be a great day. Count all your blessings and share them with others. That’s part of this holiday season.

Really slowed down here off the Pamlico. Heard they are hitting out on the river but I got some stitches in my ear from a basil cell removal so just been doing some dock fishing. That's been on and off nothing to brag about.

Plus these 30* mornings just a little tuff to even think about going out. 200lbs of wimpy here

Rest assured Gordon. High priority for me. I will finish eating Sunday's catch and have a good sized pot of coffee.

Originally being from upstate New York, finger lakes region, i was used to the cold weather. After being here in TN for over 20 years now, I'm turning into a wussy too...LOL. I cant wait to get back to the saltwater and catch a few. That reminds me...earlier this year I took one of the maintenance guys I work with on a shark fishing trip and he loved it. After we returned he just had to have a boat so he could fish as much as he wanted. He has been catching crappie and bass, etc. but says they are like bait fish compared to the near 100 lb sharks we were reeling in...LOL I think the larger salt water fish ruined him on the fresh water fish.

Good morning all. Graywullf mentioned we were all above ground so it got me to wondering if one of us passed how would the rest of us find out? Don’t mean to put a damper on the holidays but if it happens I’m sure we would all like to pay our respects. With that being said I hope everyone has a great thanksgiving!
