It is so refreshing to see someone else that think his songs had meaning. They sure could ease a stressed mind. John Denver was one of my favorites. I use to play and sing most of his early songs and still do. Thanks for sharing.

We call em Gotcha plugs. Use em mainly on piers along NC, SC, and Florida for blue fish and Spanish mackerl as well as others. Have seen guys jigging em in creeks and catch 4-6 pound bass

Welcome Rooster. Just move back to NC from Ft Polk, La after 42 years and married my high school sweetheart. Was sure glad to get back into pier fishing for king mackerel. Caught 2 last fall 22.10 and 10.13. The little one won $600.00. Last king caught for the season.

If she didnt, get her to show u the stays and explain what you're looking at. That helps me understand better. I even got to see the pieces of my knee they had to remove. Fascinating.

I believe some here have had them replaced.
I'm thinking about it at 73 now. My old job took a toll on them.
Any insight as to what to expect after the surgery.
Thanks.

Had my left total knee replacement Nov 18, 2019. Getting around just fine, walk couple miles a day and working on steps and stairs. Biggest thing is to listen to your dr and physical therapist. I had 2 great ones. I am only 60 and fairly good health but had to and did quit smoking. Physical therapy and your exercises are of utmost importance to regain your extension and flexibility. Once the shots and meds couldn't handle the pain you have no option. Told dr had to be ready by Apr for pier fishing. Good luck and tight lines.

I've tried to tell folks that's the easy way to keep your pool clean. Stock it.

I have 2 GX250s on 7' Combos. Have had no problems. Been fishing salt water extensively. Caught 3 and 4 foot sharks, a 40 inch sting ray as well as a wide variety of other fish. I have 20lb mono on one and 30lb braid on the other.

Great idea. Thanks for the tip and the humor, since I do about 30 a year fresh and salt water.

You only eat the small limbs. Fish sticks. Happy fishing. By the way I have learned to catch trees with any kind of pole. Now that's a challenge

Most folks call it a whiteing. Some areas call it a king fish. We use to call them Virginia mullet. However they are very tasty.

Hard to say not knowing fresh or salt water. I have 2 Shakespeare GX2 with GX250 reels for salt water spoiled with about 230 yards of 30# braid. I love them. Yet they're still small enough for catfish and other fresh water species.
