Maybe you misunderstood me. I did not say THIS site was a waste. I was referring to fishexplorer.com.
In your reply you said, "I won't waste my time on HERE anymore.". That statement made me think that you thought I was talking about this site, Fishing Stage.
Again let me be clear...... This site is FAR better than fishexplorer.com.
I hope that makes sense.
Tight lines.

I live in Colorado Springs. Just started fly fishing in Jan ‘23. Heading up to fish at Tarryall this week. Wondering how to find update info on this body of water. Fishexplorer.com says they provide info about how to fish each lake, structure, where to cast, where 90% of the fish are…. But I can’t find it. Any info you might have on this reservoir would be appreciated. Oh —- and a friend is going with me and they want to know if Tarryall allows live bait (I bet they don’t). I got exited yo find fishexplorer.com thinking it would be a quick way to find out what I need to know all in one place, but it doesn’t seem to be true….that or I’m not using it correctly. I started on my phone but couldn’t even post this message there —- had to switch to my iPad and that’s not very convenient when you are out and about. Enough of that nonsense — anyone got the current scoop on Terryall?

I don't know Tarryall very well. It is a beautiful setting though. I can tell you about fishexplorer.com. It used to be a good source of good info. Not any more. The ones that belong to that site now are so paranoid of giving good info, it's laughable. They think if they give any info other than water temp, their secret 'hidey hole' (which isn't anyway) will be over run with people. Folks just want to go have a little fun and relax, either by themselves, with a friend or family. Their purpose is not to steal someone's 'hidey hole'. Just some basic info is so helpful. You won't find that on fishexplorer anymore. It's just a little sad.
Your best bet on info with Tarryall is to contact or stop into a bait store that is near by.
