3 days ago a YouTube Chanel I follow was catching them a little higher in the column on the incoming tide with 3/8 pink squid jigs

I have been hitting the nooksack almost every weekend off the Hannigan road access east of the bridge, so far no luck with lures as it is very green/silty water. I have caught a few wild rainbows on the fly rod with nymphs where the clear water from the neighboring stream enters the river and opens up visibility. Will be switching to egg clusters this weekend thanks to this post

Hi there, looking for some good shore fishing access in this area. 12 year old daughter quite capable of a decent hike or rough terrain. Trout, kokani, steelhead and salmon are what we're after, but don't mind occasional bass. No boat, yet... any suggestions, places to avoid as well are welcome.
