Sorry, I don’t. I do see a lot of folks fishing for cats on El Dorado and Cheney.

Good day there X, those pics got me itching to get out on my Yak come this Wednesday. Good to see you had the PFD on.
PFD is a must! Also have kill switch to the auto pilot, should I fall out! Always easier to stay safe than wish you had! Tight lines 🎣🎣
Back to El Dorado lake for a few hours today. Winds were a little high , so I took the kayak and headed to fish the rip rap dam. I love fishing squarebills on the rocks. Well, finally got me a smallmouth AND first walleye I have ever caught. Good thing I was warned not to lip the walleye! Those things are like vampires! Nice day on the water! Hope everyone is having a wonderful Easter! Tight lines 🎣🎣

What lake were you on?
El Dorado lake, just east of Wichita.
Back in Kansas and the weather is warming. Got to get out on the water yesterday in the kayak. Didn’t find the smallmouth I was looking for, but did have a few takers tighten the line for me! Happy Easter everyone! Hope all are having a wonderful day! Tight lines 🎣🎣
Little Rock, Arkansas hit pretty good also! Prayers for all those dealing with Mother Nature’s fury right now!🙏🙏🙏
Lake Bistineau, has plenty of crappie. We used to fish the north end of the lake up into bayou Dorcheat in kayaks. Plenty bass in there too!
Thanks everyone! My 2 year old granddaughter was upset I didn’t take her in the bass raider, so we went back. She said there was “1 more fish Peep”……guess she was right!
Got to love the prespawn! Fish in tight to bank and eating a squarebill. Got a couple more decent fish this afternoon. Red seems to be the color. Red chatterbait yesterday and red 6th sense finesse squarebill today. Two best pictured, caught 3 more smaller fish too. Hope everyone is having a great weekend! Tight lines🎣🎣

Nice Bass Xen ! Looks like it was making or made a bed with that tail !👍🤙
Looks like warmer temps and longer days have them making a push. Both fish caught tight to shoreline brush on a chatter bait. They seem to be in prespawn and early stage of spawn. Your observation is spot on, the one fish had a bloodied tail from fanning a bed. Water was chocolate milk, so no sight fishing, but they hit it on the run. Hopefully get back at least once more before heading back to Kansas. Tight lines 🎣🎣
Got a chance to get out of Kansas for a few days and head home to Texas and warmer weather. Got out on the water for a couple hours today and managed to boat two! Missed 1, lost 1 and boated these beauties! Loving the warmer weather and being on the water! Tight lines everyone!
Checked weather and was flooding as I departed for Table Rock on Friday. Rains were predicted to clear and had work to do there, so headed on out. Woke Saturday to clearing skies, but rising waters. We threw everything in the boat at em. Finally found a few in about 15-20 feet, sitting on brush piles. Got out the A rig and managed a few. Tough day of fishing, but like they say….. better than working! Have a great week everyone! Tight lines 🎣🎣

X... welcome to the Stage. Your comments are a little confusing so I have to ask... you do know that is not a smallmouth bass in your picture, right?
Guess I should have clarified. The pic is a Texas bass I caught last fall. I am from Houston area and primarily fish for largemouth.
I travel for work and try to fish when I can. I am in Wichita currently. I don’t have smallmouth around Houston so it will be fun to chase a new species. Have caught a few smallness years ago while fishing in Arkansas, and as best as can remember, they were real fighters. Last time here I was limited to the bank. This time, I have my Old Town Autopilot with me and look to get out a little more and fish bigger water.
Sorry for confusion, guess I should have pointed that out. The pic is my pb largemouth, a 25” 10.02 lb , I caught last October.
