to tie a set of two different strengths line together i use a albright knot, lines of the same strengths i use a blood knot it works well with nylon to plastic. bamini knot works well hooks as it gives it more movement clinch knot for swivels but for lures i use a rapala knot that also give great movement

A double bypass here and it is hard to get back to shore fishing mostly due to the lose sand and having to drag a cart across ( south florida has few beaches that are not 1/8 of a mile from road) and getting old most of my friends have passed so i have a hard time getting out there too.
