I see very few folks fishing from the rocks along the Indian River Inlet, & very few surf fishing. Not much is being caught.
That's "tautog", not "tautology"!!
From Divergirl in south Delaware: they're catching great tautology here. Local boat got a 15 lb. Tog & another got a 12 pounder!! Catching on crabs & sand fleas.
Yeah - I don't believe the eagle pic also. The other pics are cool.
We were there yesterday. Not much action. A few undersized tog & 1 striper.
That's Indian River "Inlet", not outlet! Yes, often a good fishing place.

Finally got to cast my lure in on the south inlet & promptly got snagged & lost my lure! I tried again but the incoming tide was really ripping & I think it made for a poor bite!
Things get more complicated when you are adults.
