Bob (RJS, the most active member here on the forums) tells a great story in person as well as in print.

This video is a short skit about Reuben Hornsby, the great-great-great-great... (etc.) grandfather, a Texas ranger. It was recorded before a live audience about 2 years ago... It is charming.

I've used pwsafe for years and years. I have 336 entries in it -every web site or entity that's ever asked for a security code or userid/password. I keep all my ID numbers in it as well as the security code for my car's radio. It runs on all devices - iPads, smart phones, and computers. It's free, too. Well, not entirely. If you want to share the database between the different devices in your dropbox account, that's a couple of bucks one-time charge for the phone version.
There are some competing apps out there, but I've been with pwsafe for a very long time and use it every day...

I got Bob back onto his fishing forum account, so now he can post his stories.

I helped him to get his files and applications restored a couple of days ago. I used "teamviewer" with him and managed to get him back in business, but he had lost all his saved accounts and passwords.

Bob can remember the weight to the ounce of the Peacock Bass he caught in South America, but remembering passwords are not his "thing."

Hi Gordon,
I am a long-time friend of Bob and Jean.
Bob told me he was sending his stories to you so you could post them on the forums for him.
He lost his login credentials some time ago and has not been able to get into his fishing forums account.

I emailed and sent a PM to admin on his behalf. Admin messaged me that they had sent a new PW to his email address, but I called him a few minutes ago and Bob just told me it didn't work.

I'm hoping that we can work together to get Bob back to posting his creations himself....he sure has a headful of fishing stories!

I have had good results at MicroCenter in Houston. But since I no longer live there and some what stranded. I know Austin is Dell country, but I don't want to pay through the nose for an unknown quality and brand--me.

Always in the past I've bought refurbished units at a much lower price, around $ 200 or so, but am wanting to move up to a solid state drive, which I am told is much faster and more reliable.

Any thoughts, advice? Just Sayin...RJS

Have no fear, Robert. Your new Dell Latitude 5480 laptop, refurbished from Microcenter, is pretty much configured and ready, with your favorite Peacock Bass desktop background. And I am working on a tutorial for you on its features.
